It was a really great experience. The place was calm and quiet, there was no disturbance at all. The girls there yesterday were super friendly; they offered me everything from the very beginning, and the nails were out of this world—perfect, quick, and didn't hurt at all.

I am in complete shock. I planned my whole day around this appointment — booked it days ago, took a taxi, and even left my 5‑year‑old son at home because I was sure everything was confirmed. When I arrived, the administrator casually told me there was no record of my booking and that my master was sick. I asked her to make the new appointment for me, but she just brushed me off with 'not now.' No chair to sit on, no glass of water was offered. She promised to text me a new slot — guess what?? She never wrote again. I'm Russian, and I wanted a Russian technician, but this place clearly doesn't care about clients at all (maybe only about Moroccans). Horrible service. The irony? This salon hires Russian masters but refuses to actually serve Russian clients. I would give zero stars if I could, but I guess it doesn’t matter for them.

It’s been 1 year that I’m loyal to Petrouchka and once I change it when they don’t have availability and I try other salons in Tangier I get disappointed .. they are the best and special thanks to the receptionist , she’s the most professional and the sweetest, I highly recommend 😍 …
