I left that salon with my hair completely fried. Before, it was shiny, healthy, and long. As a result, I'm going to have to cut off a large portion of it because of the damage. And I'm not the only one. My sister's hair was also damaged to the point of losing her natural curls. Honestly, you wonder if they left some kind of permanent straightening product on the flat iron! The worst part? Throughout the entire service, I felt uncomfortable because they were in a rush to finish so they could take care of an influencer. We clearly felt like we didn't belong there. It's unacceptable. When you entrust your hair to professionals, you expect to leave satisfied, not with fried hair! Treating all clients with the same level of professionalism isn't optional; it's fundamental.

If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. I came in for a simple blow-dry and left with completely damaged hair. The hairdresser used flat irons after the blow-dry and literally burned my hair. I have naturally curly hair, and after this service, my curls have almost completely disappeared along the lengths; I'm left with practically only the curls at the roots. I even had to cut off part of my hair because it was so damaged. I am extremely disappointed and especially saddened by the result, because getting my curls back and taking care of my hair had taken me a lot of time. For a professional, this level of damage after a simple service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this salon if you have curly hair or if you care about the health of your hair. A very bad experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

A very bad experience. I am extremely disappointed with the result. My hands were damaged by the filing, and they still hurt. The BIAB (Bi-Insulated Nail Extension) was applied thickly, creating a "mountain" effect, with no finishing touches or attention to detail. The work is far from professional. I strongly advise against going to this establishment. Don't be fooled by the numerous advertisements or social media posts: the quality is unfortunately lacking.

The service was disappointing, lacking seriousness and professionalism. There was a complete absence of consideration for the customer. The result was far from satisfactory. The polish had bumps and an uneven finish. The service was rushed and took a long time due to several breaks by the esthetician (arrived at 2:30 pm and left after 5 pm).

The woman sold me the Ker Noir treatment, claiming it wouldn't change hair color and was the best, costing 1200 dirhams. Two people worked on my hair. Anyway, I insisted, and they redid the badly done part. After this unpleasant experience, no one apologized, and there was no further gesture of goodwill. You don't charge a client 1200 dirhams for a hair disaster. This salon is to be avoided.
