Service 0 They gave me juice that tasted bitter. I told them to change it and they gave it back the same. I don't recommend it.

The smoke from the barbecue and cooking is extremely thick, to the point of being truly unbearable. It fills the space, stings the eyes, and makes the air difficult to breathe. It's impossible to enjoy yourself in these conditions. When we reported the problem to the staff, we were simply told that the extractor hood wasn't working, without any proposed solution or attempt at improvement. This lack of responsiveness and consideration for customer comfort is unacceptable. A minimum level of hygiene and ventilation should be guaranteed in a restaurant. Unfortunately, this was completely lacking here. I do not recommend this place.

Completely wrecked, I have no other words… they're only half-used, and it's disgusting… disgusted

I ordered pasta and it smelled bad, the fish was bad, my companions ordered pasticho, ridiculously small portions, it took more than an hour and a half for them to bring some pizzas and the taco came without potatoes because they didn't have any.

I was very disappointed by this experience. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, with only one server for over 50 people, which is completely inadequate. The quality of the food also left much to be desired, and the organization was truly poor. Everyone around us was complaining about the slow service and the poor quality. For a restaurant located in the Marina, I expected a completely different level of service and quality. Unfortunately, it's an experience I won't repeat and I advise others against it.

Avoid at all costs! The food was disgusting. I received my order 2 hours after ordering, even though there are 6 people in the kitchen.

A very disappointing experience. I waited over an hour for a simple Caesar salad, even though the restaurant was practically empty. The service was poor, and the waiter was rude throughout the entire wait. Faced with this unacceptable delay, I decided to leave without ordering anything. Despite this, I was asked to pay for the salad and forced to take it to go, which I find completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this establishment. A minimum of respect for the customer, professionalism, and better service management are essential.
