I was very disappointed with my visit to this salon. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold and not at all warm. The employees lacked gentleness and their manner of speaking was quite curt, which quickly made me feel uncomfortable. You can really feel a lack of professionalism, especially in the way they address clients. A little more training in customer service and reception wouldn't hurt. I don't think I'll be going back. 👎

I booked an appointment on Friday for Sunday. I arrived on Sunday and the girls there weren't aware of the appointment. No solution was offered. So I found myself on Sunday at 6:30 PM without a haircut or blow-dry for my trip. Absolutely no organization. Avoid at all costs.

I recently visited قصر الجمال for a blow-dry and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. The staf was not very gentle — my scalp was pulled several times, and the brushing felt too rough. At one point, the heat from the dryer was too strong, and I felt a burning sensation. I understand that styling takes time and effort, but I expected a more professional and careful approach. I left the salon with my scalp sore and not fully satisfied with the result. I hope the staff can be more attentive in the future, especially when it comes to client comfort.
