I'm very disappointed with my protein treatment experience. I would have liked more explanation and support regarding what happened! The technician used two straighteners at the same time, one in her right hand and one in her left. With each section of hair, she pulled half of it out and onto the floor. I asked her to slow down and let my hair fall to the floor, and she reassured me, saying she would just lower the heat! That wasn't the case; she was in such a hurry to finish, even though the salon was empty! I swear, I will never forgive her, may God punish her! My hair has become very brittle. I noticed a lot of breakage and significant loss of length and thickness. My hair was in good condition before the treatment, and this situation really worried me! Help me, girls! Very bad experience! Now it will take me months, maybe even a year, to repair all this!

So don't go there, I'm shocked! I didn't even get my nails done because they don't have gel, no resin, nothing. They just glue the nail on, and they don't have much choice of polish. Then the owner arrived, and she's very haughty and mean, even to her employees. She gives customers dirty looks and tried to charge me more money. The hairdresser told her it was less. Honestly, don't go there for anything in the world. They have absolutely no competence.

On top of that, the technician was rude and quoted me 250 dirhams in a message, only to demand 300 dirhams when I arrived, without any prior warning. Completely unprofessional; I absolutely do not recommend this place.
