A huge congratulations to Salon Soraya (Marjane)! It's always a pure pleasure to come here. The welcome is warm and the service is simply magnificent every time. A special shout-out to the two sisters (whose names I always forget, but not their talent!) who do a remarkable job. Professionalism and kindness are always present. I highly recommend them!

Extremely slow, one-on-one brushing, long wait and slow brushing (50 min), and unpleasant staff when you ask for something.

It's a shame Salma isn't with you anymore; she's very skilled in her field.

I went to get my eyebrows done and it was a disaster. The girl wasn't focused on what she was doing at all; she cut the tail of my eyebrow with wax. It's a shame, the salon is very pretty but the girls aren't great, it's a sloppy job.

I came in on December 31, 2025, for the removal of my permanent nail extensions and a blow-dry. From the moment I arrived, the reception was cold, which made me feel uncomfortable. Regarding the blow-dry, only one shampoo was done, with cold water, without checking if I was comfortable. My hair wasn't properly detangled, which complicated the rest of the service. Another employee then took over and admitted that the preparation hadn't been done correctly. At the end of the appointment, when I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction, an employee's attitude was inappropriate and unprofessional, making the experience very difficult for me. Furthermore, the removal of the artificial nails wasn't done correctly: a lot of residue remained on my natural nails, which were very damaged after the service (photo attached). I left very shocked and deeply disappointed by this experience, which does not correspond to what one expects from a beauty salon.

A huge thank you to Manar for the absolutely perfect gel nails – a magnificent job! Thanks also to Fatima Zahra for the very professional and relaxing pedicure. The whole team is lovely. I highly recommend Nails Soraya Merjane salon!
