Google Review ⭐️⭐️ I honestly never like leaving bad reviews, but after having the same problems at My Lovely Cake by Ounssa several times, I feel like I have to share my experience. The service is unfortunately very poor. The staff often take a very long time to come to your table, even when the place isn’t full. You can wait for the menu, for someone to take your order, or even to have your table cleaned, and most of the time you have to call them yourself. This has happened to me many times. The drinks are also disappointing. Juices are often not properly cold, and some drinks don’t taste like what they are supposed to be. My friend once ordered a mojito that was basically Sprite, lemon and a little mint on top , and another time a strawberry milkshake that tasted like anything but strawberry. There are also many things written on the menu that are simply unavailable. I also once bought two slices of chocolate meringue cake to take home in the morning , and they tasted far from fresh, as if they had been sitting for at least a day or two. But what really made me leave this review was what happened yesterday. For a while, I had been seeing an influencer’s Instagram stories showing the granizados at this place. They looked fresh and delicious, and really wanted to try them. Before going, I contacted them on WhatsApp and specifically asked if granizados would be available this evening. They told me yes, inshallah, they would be available. So my mother and I drove there despite being quite far away and dealing with heavy summer traffic, specifically because they had confirmed it. When we arrived, I ordered two granizados and was told: “Sorry, there are no granizados today.” I showed them the WhatsApp conversation and explained that I had contacted them beforehand precisely to avoid this situation. They apologized and said there hadn’t been granizados all day. Then why confirm that they would be available? If they weren’t serving them that day, they should have simply told me before I made the trip. I also contacted the owner and the business Instagram afterwards and received no response. I really don’t enjoy criticizing businesses, and I have never wanted to leave a bad review somewhere just for the sake of it. But when the same service problems happen repeatedly, products advertised on the menu aren’t available, drinks are poorly prepared or not served cold, and then you specifically contact the business beforehand and receive incorrect information that makes you come there for nothing, it becomes extremely frustrating. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because the place has potential, but the service and consistency really need to improve.

Nice place, but no air conditioning. The table service is incredibly slow; you have to go looking for the waitress. Many items on the menu were unavailable, the sandwiches were far too salty, and the prices were excessive – a shame!

He's taking the piss out of everyone by making cakes that have absolutely nothing to do with what was ordered. The quality is beyond mediocre; the photos on Instagram look incredible, but the reality is completely different. They ruined my daughter's birthday cake.

Location was quite nice, staff was courteous and helpful, cakes were nice but the ciabatta sandwich was absolutely wonderful. Price was very reasonable. Would 100% come again

It's not related to the traditional coffee shops. We waited for an hour, and when I asked them, they told me they'd come over and I should just sit down. They didn't come for an hour. We left. What a shame! I was so fed up with the cafeteria.

A lovely café and pastry shop with a pleasant setting and a warm atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is excellent. However, the only point for improvement concerns the slice of cake I ordered. It didn't seem very fresh, which is a shame because it contrasts with the quality of the rest of the food. I hope they will pay more attention to the freshness of their pastries in the future.
