Avoid this place if you're looking for fresh products, impeccable hygiene, and a good customer experience. We found hair in our breakfast msemen. No apology, nothing. They took my entire plate away, and only two msemen were brought back 10 minutes later: they were hard and smelled strongly of the freezer. I had to beg for something to spread on my msemen. To top it all off: a bottle of water costs 29 dirhams! UPDATE following the establishment's response: 1- The plate wasn't replaced; the waiter took my entire plate and only brought me two small msemen (I hadn't finished the rest!). 2- Neither the waiter who took back the plate nor the one who brought the two msemen apologized. We had to point out that they hadn't even apologized before they finally took action. 3- These aren't defamatory remarks, but the truth. We would have liked to have been informed of the establishment's policy before going there; we wouldn't have set foot in the place. 4- We are regulars at restaurants in Mohammedia. None of them charge 29 dirhams for a bottle of water. Prices range from 10 to 20 dirhams at most. 5- At no point does it state on the menu that the small bottle is included in the set menu. The waiter brought us the 1.5L bottle, which we hadn't initially ordered, after telling us it would be better with the children. 6- The freshness of the products is clearly problematic: the msemen we were given as a replacement was a defrosted msemen that had just been pan-fried. It was piping hot on the sides, but the center was very cold, and it smelled awful, like it came straight from the refrigerator. In conclusion, this kind of incident happens, and we are generally very understanding. If the server had apologized, if we had received a fresh msemen, and a replacement plate as you claim, we absolutely would not have left this review. But apparently, this is the only way you will show consideration for your customers, so good for you, it will serve as a lesson for future customers. These are absolutely not defamatory remarks. They are simply the facts, even if you don't seem to accept them. So, if you want constructive criticism, learn to consider your customers, and clearly, this isn't the first review that reflects that. A word to the wise.

As a business & Pleasure traveler. Most my stay is with ibis & Novotel hotels. Many, many times I had dinner in MOOGLY,'S restaurant near by. Food is good. Lately Atmosphere & Service is down to horrible. Seems New stuff, flies fly around while I was eating, poor sanitation . Poorly managed establishment.

A very nice place, we had a good meal (breakfast) and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, we had a long wait to be served; the servers were overwhelmed and customers had to wait a long time.
