Absolutely no professionalism! They told me I was second in line for a pedicure, and after an hour's wait, they had the nerve to give my spot to a new customer, even though I have a baby and I'd already waited an hour. I asked the price of a blow-dry and was quoted 130 dirhams, even though my hair is super short! This salon is a rip-off, and the hygiene is nonexistent. Asmae, you need to review your staff; it's a disaster!

The manicure and pedicure were a complete disaster and rushed; it quickly became apparent that the beauticians working there were neither trained nor specialized in this area. Hygiene was appalling, as no equipment was changed or sterilized before use, which is unacceptable for this type of service. As for the gel polishes, not all colors were available, and the others were old and dried out. The prices were extremely inflated for such poor workmanship. On top of that, clients spend a lot of time at the salon, and there was no gesture of goodwill or welcome drink offered. 👎🏻

A disaster!!! The worst salon I've ever been to in my life!! I made an appointment for 3 pm, mentioning that I was coming from far away and had a baby. I arrived at the salon and was in for a nasty surprise: an unpleasant welcome, an hour's wait for a pedicure, and then they asked me to wait another hour for a facial. I decided to leave without getting the treatment—a complete waste of time—and the manager didn't even apologize!!! A very bad experience!

I sent them several messages on Instagram to book an appointment. They read them but don't reply, and they're constantly posting promotional stories. Dedicate time to your customers! Advertising is useless if you don't attend to people. Bad experience, we won't be going back, and with several negative reviews, it's a direct NO. Good luck!!
