Mocha bay

I waited over 1.5 hours for a simple crepe, and it wasn't even served with the mango juice I ordered. I don't blame the waiter—one person was expected to do everything, and that's simply not fair. The real issue is poor management and understaffing. I hope the owners improve the service because customers deserve better, and the staff deserve proper support.

Excellent breakfast. Plenty of good food and a generous portion. The waiter was very attentive.

Great breakfast.

I had breakfast this morning. The meal was very good, but unfortunately, the morning service was subpar. The waiter was unprofessional, seemed nervous, and lacked respect. I had already mentioned this issue to him before. However, this evening, I was pleasantly surprised by the waiter from the evening shift: very welcoming, energetic, professional, and incredibly kind. I gladly give him 5 stars for his excellent service and warm welcome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I encourage you to review the morning waiter's behavior to improve the customer experience. Thank you. I have been a loyal customer since the café opened, as it is a calm, family-friendly, and pleasant place for reading and working remotely. 😊

The crepe was listed on the menu as "with a scoop of ice cream", but after the order arrived, there was no scoop of ice cream!!! And I paid the bill in full.

Hello, I visited Mosha Bay café today and was very impressed. The place is extremely clean, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. I ordered brunch, which was generous and delicious. The waiter, a young man, stood out for his excellent service and impeccable professionalism. Honestly, this establishment more than deserves its 5 stars. I highly recommend it.
