Milky : Healthy and Tasty

I completely understand that during summer everything can take a little longer. The waiter was working completely on his own, taking orders, clearing tables, and serving customers. However, our table was left in a complete mess for at least half an hour, if not longer. We were able to place our order fairly quickly, but the waiter forgot to pass the order on, and my entire order never arrived. The people I was with had already finished eating while I still hadn’t received my food. If you’re taking orders, write them down instead of relying on your memory, especially if you clearly can’t remember everything. That would have prevented this entire situation. At first, I thought, “It’s busy, I’ll be patient.” But when I went up to the waiter, he said, “Oh, I forgot. I’ll make it now.” I was already short on time. What happened afterwards was completely unacceptable. He went to his colleagues and started humiliating and making fun of me, saying that I should take into account that he was working alone. I understand that being short-staffed is difficult, but that is no excuse for treating a customer this way. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would give it a big 0/10, and I definitely would not come back. Absolutely awful experience.

A really nice place! Very clean and a wide selection. Both traditional cultural options and modern dishes are available. It's also nice that this is a place where you can simply speak Riffian. I came here for breakfast four days in a row and every time it was perfect. The staff are very polite and do their job well.
