Really liked the smooth hummus and the shakshouka, my partner loved the marinated sardines. Oh and the mifan greens, super salad!!! …

I don’t know why this place was so quiet when we went! The food is terrific & stands out among all the other nearby restaurants. We were the only customers when we visited approx 9pm on a Thursday evening in August. Hummus is great, sardines are great, so are the beef tacos. Lovely salted, toasted and oiled bread also. Good value! 370 dirhams for 5x plates, water and tea. We paid twice as much the previous night for a much worse meal in a different restaurant.

The food was very good. My children also loved it and I am gonna tip it to my friends who would come to Essaouira.

Quaint, intimate, inviting. Attentive service. Creative menu made with fresh ingredients. Bassara Soup, forcacia, tacos (unexpected modern twist), hummus were our favorites. Reservations suggested as limited seating and you don't want to miss out on this Essaouira gem.
