Clean and well furnished rooms. In a good location close to Souk and city walls. Welcoming and friendly staff.

The hotel is very well located (near the medina and the beach), and the staff is very professional and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasant. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and traditional. The only downside was the lack of towels (no hand towels, no bath mat). I recommend this hotel. P.S.: Bring your own shower gel, as they only provide tiny, ridiculously small bars of soap.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Mechouar Hotel. We booked this hotel through Booking.com and received a booking confirmation. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and that there were no rooms available for us. I am truly angry and shocked by this situation. Not only did it create a huge inconvenience for us, but it also demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. How is it possible that a confirmed reservation is not honored? This experience ruined our stay and forced us to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, resulting in additional expenses and a great deal of stress. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as their lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. I sincerely hope that no one else will have to experience such disappointment in the future.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Below are the points that made my stay a DISASTER: I'll leave the truly epic for later: - No Wi-Fi connection on the 3rd floor. - A lot of noise at night, which really disturbed our sleep because of the wind blowing construction materials left on the terrace. - We had to wait too long for breakfast. When I politely complained to the manager, he said aggressively, "What do you want me to do?" I replied, "Is this how you handle customer complaints here?" Then he insulted me with foul language. The standard was really too low. I don't know where these owners find people who have absolutely nothing to do with hospitality! I strongly advise against staying here. BIG FLOP 👎👎

CATASTROPHIC!!!!! We booked a deluxe double room with a balcony, but upon arrival, we were given a room with a small window. We asked the manager what was wrong, and he told us, "We're having an organizational issue; there are no more deluxe rooms available." Just before that, the receptionist knew what type of room he was putting us in (a cheaper one) and accepted a price equivalent to the deluxe room (which is superior) without saying a word. (Scam/theft)

Horrible night, lots of noise, no hot water. For the price, I give it a 0/10. Unfortunately disappointed. 👎 …

Not satisfactory. I do not recommend this place to serious travelers. 2/10 for the room.

Unless you are crazy or dumb, don't think about going there and if i had a zero star i would be more than glad to press that button
