A very bad experience at this salon. I went expecting a professional establishment, but I was truly disappointed. The advertised prices don't always match those in the catalog: I was charged more for services or products I never requested or agreed to. I was told a product had been added, even though I never gave my consent, and that the owner didn't really have time to update the prices on the sign, especially since I contacted them two weeks later on Instagram to find out the price. They sent me a price list that I wasn't charged for. In addition to the lack of transparency regarding pricing, the quality of the service is far from satisfactory. The 100 dirham semi-permanent manicure was botched, and I asked for the exact same color for my hands and feet: I left with two completely different colors (pale purple on my feet and pale pink on my hands). It was almost 8 pm, so it was impossible to get the problem fixed on the spot. I find it regrettable that they take their customers for granted and don't respect their requests or the advertised prices. I won't be returning and I don't recommend this salon.

Friendly staff but terrible pedicure I was very disappointed; the polish didn't even last half a day, and my heels were exactly the same as when I arrived. I regret getting my pedicure there.

Unpleasant staff and poor service

Simply the best!! The owner is very welcoming and always available to make sure everything is going smoothly. The team is professional and attentive (each member is highly trained in their area of ​​expertise). I've been getting my nails done here for almost a year, and despite the 40-minute commute, I continue to come without hesitation.

It was an excellent day, the staff were very kind and respectful, the permanent false nails were well done and I was very satisfied with the result, thank you ❤️
