Expensive for mediocre bakery products

I am writing this to express my absolute shock at the hygiene practices I witnessed. I visited the shop around 9:00 PM, and as I walked in, a staff member was already cleaning the display cases. Instead of being careful, she was spraying a blue glass cleaner directly onto the surfaces while the display doors were open. The chemical mist was visibly settling on the uncovered pastries. It was a stomach-churning sight. When a 'high-end' establishment treats food safety with such negligence, it loses all its value. No matter how good the cakes might taste, I cannot trust a place that serves products contaminated with cleaning chemicals.Truly a fall from grace for what I thought was a reputable name. I will never go back. If this is how they clean in front of customers, I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors.

Hello, I won’t talk about the quality, which is no longer what it used to be, nor about the sky-high prices as if you were in Paris. I will also mention the poor treatment. I wanted to pay half the amount in cash and the other half by card, even though it was not a small amount, but they refused. When I asked to speak to a manager, they also refused, as if I were begging instead of being a paying customer. I do not recommend this place at all. Never.

I order an engagement cake 1 months before the event and they still managed to screw my engagement cake. The cake was hard and you need waaaaay too much pressure to cut it… i even had to heat up the cack in order to cut it. They also forget to add engagement craving on the top as how i ordered it to be. The staff was very rude to me and unprofessional when i was mad and pointed it this out. He was like we thought it was a birthday event. All what i can say if you have a special day. Please do not order here and go through better or even expensive places as they meet their deadlines. Zero out of ten service and cake

From the first bite, I flew up to the cloud. It had been a very plaised experience, thank you for the love you put into your recepies ❤️ un bon rapport qualité/ prix .
