Magnificent development, the streets are well laid out and wide, unbeatable land price. The area is developing very quickly, worth seeing.

The Al Omran housing development is very far from the city, near old villages, located on the outskirts of town towards Goulmima. Taxis are not available and are too expensive for this type of development, especially in Errachidia where plots of 100 to 160 square meters cost the same and are closer to the city. Residents of this development need transportation, especially in case of emergencies at night, and school transport for their children.
