I want to thank Issam for the work he did, which took a lot of time. He did a balayage on a balayage done a year ago, and you really can't see any difference. He knew how to meet my expectations and create exactly what I asked for: a golden beige blonde with a perfect blend. The work is impeccable; I highly recommend him.

She is incredibly professional, attentive to detail, and provides excellent service. The quality of her work is outstanding, especially considering the very reasonable prices. Unprofessional and expensive for very poor work.

A very disappointing experience. The welcome was cold and there was a clear lack of professionalism. On my first visit, I asked for a sleek blow-dry. The result was not what I wanted: the roots were barely touched up, and the blow-dry didn't last. When I mentioned this, I felt the hairdresser took it badly. I also asked for a waxing: the woman wearing a headscarf who performed this service barely responded, without looking at me or offering any explanation, clearly giving the impression that she was bothering me. Despite this, I returned with a friend. On this occasion, the hairdresser gave me a strange and insistent look, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. When you pay for a service, you have the right to be listened to, respected, and to leave satisfied. This was not the case. This will be my last visit.

I tried calling to make an appointment, but they kept hanging up on me; the people on the other end were really incompetent.
