I gave it a star because there was no shortage.

Zero service. At the pool, I have to swim in a t-shirt due to a skin condition, but they wouldn't let me swim in it even though I showed them the medical certificate. I couldn't enjoy my day. Zero service.

The setting is still quite nice, but the wait time is astounding for the price. Around 40 minutes for sandwiches that ended up being cold, and over an hour for a pizza. The logistics are completely inadequate!

We went to this restaurant five times because we really loved the setting, which is indeed beautiful. But I really wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a coffee or a drink. The service was mediocre! The food was mediocre!

The music volume at the pool is too high, even after notifying the DJ, you can't even hear the person next to you. The food quality is medium compared to the price.

Terrible service. The waiter didn't arrive until 20 minutes later, even though the restaurant wasn't full. It took 30-40 minutes to be served (3 pizzas, 4 drinks). There were two mistakes in our orders, plus one chicken pizza had four pieces of chicken fighting over it. The staff always gave the same excuse, trying to smooth things over.

Beautiful decor, but the service was nonexistent: cold food, a 45-minute wait, not recommended for dinner.
