Rooms are correct. Very clean and all in perfect state. King size beds are ver hard. Individual beds are very small, so if you are tall ask for a big bed, if not your feet will not rest on the bed. Great service, very pleasant staff. Very nice food. Fish is great. Very good choice for this price range. Will come back.

I stayed there for two weeks on a business trip. Excellent value for money and a very friendly staff. The highlight is undoubtedly the garden (terrace and pool), which is a true little slice of paradise, both day and night.

The hotel was poorly maintained, the room was practically dirty, and there was only one towel for two people. The reception was icy and cold, and the staff wasn't great; they were always hiding and you had to go looking for them. The service was subpar, and the price was high compared to the quality of the products. In short, I don't recommend this hotel.

DISGUSTING! I beg you, don't go there unless you want to be sick for several days. We ate there for lunch and dinner, and the next day we were extremely ill. Those were our last two days, and we spent them in bed or on the toilet… Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache… During the meal, there are cockroaches crawling within centimeters of your feet. There must be a huge lack of hygiene in this restaurant serving expensive, tasteless food! They ruined our vacation.

Very friendly atmosphere... impeccable restaurant... except that at the moment the servers aren't always responsive on the terrace... It's cold, that's for sure... but that doesn't detract from the overall service... I highly recommend it

The room's finish was poor (holes in the tiles, badly laid tiles, uncomfortable bed, rough sheets, strong odor upon entering the room, etc.) considering the price we paid. We decided to spend the afternoon at the pool. We ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half, even though we were the first to order and practically the only ones there! The staff seemed pleasant at first. But the worst was yet to come! In the evening, we decided to eat in the restaurant, which I must admit had a very nice setting. However, the food was truly awful! Tasteless PIL PIL shrimp. Tagine with no sauce or flavor! Disgusting sliced ​​chicken with mustard! And the price was exorbitant compared to the quality. It's one thing for the food to be bad, but the hygiene is CATASTROPHIC! While we were eating, COCKROACHES showed up!!! We alerted the waiters who squashed the cockroaches... (I'll let you imagine the result... 🤢) And they laughed at us, offering the only (bogus) explanation being the proximity to the gardens!! THE WORST! We became seriously ill during our stay (vomiting, diarrhea, fever, cold sweats), so we called management who brought us medication (thank goodness, she seemed lovely and very understanding at first...) but they denied everything! I obviously pointed out to them that we ate exclusively on their premises. The staff showed absolutely no remorse!!! They ruined our stay! We spent the entire trip in bed!!!! When we left, the staff were sulking. They denied everything and offered no apologies. UNACCEPTABLE! I told them I was unhappy, but they didn't even look at me! I'M NOT A DOG! We've been sick for a week, and I've lost weight! The doctor told me I have food poisoning! I decided to call the hotel again, and the manager became very haughty and aggressive. She denied any possibility of food poisoning coming from the hotel and insisted that everything was fresh, but it could also be due to the packaging! And then she hung up on me! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Morocco is a beautiful country that I love deeply, but these kinds of parasites can harm the country's tourism economy!

I live in Rabat. We discovered this place by chance. The setting is lovely, but the service wasn't very well coordinated. I felt like the waiter wanted us to leave. The service wasn't great; to get bread or anything else, we always had to call the waiter back. Everything wasn't set before the food arrived, which is a shame. I get the impression that they don't like serving Black people at all. Not all Moroccans have money. The manager needs to give the waiters a debriefing.
