A terrible experience. I went in for highlights and ended up with orange dye and completely fried hair. Even after going back, they still didn't fix the problem. Avoid this place at all costs; I definitely don't recommend it.

I recently tried a hammam and massage package, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Regarding the hammam, it was absolutely not a real hammam. There was no steam at the start, a constant feeling of cold, and the door was left open regularly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. At no point did I experience the expected warmth and ambiance. The steam wasn't activated until halfway through the session… far too late to truly enjoy it. As for the massage, I was surprised to learn that the therapist I had originally booked wasn't available. Despite this, I was offered (or rather, forced to accept) an alternative without any clear explanation. As a result, the massage was performed by someone who was clearly unqualified, which made the experience uncomfortable. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Finally, there was no compensation, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the problem. In short, an unpleasant experience, service that didn't live up to expectations, and a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this establishment.

I was in Oujda this weekend and treated myself to a pampering session at Lalla Esthétic. It was incredible! I'd never seen a place offering such comprehensive treatments, with such meticulous and professional staff. The owner speaks French and gave us a very warm welcome. It was the best hammam experience of my life: a complete experience with several treatments, massages, and a blow-dry at the end, all at very affordable prices. I highly recommend it! Thank you again.

An absolutely magical experience from beginning to end. I felt completely relaxed and pampered. The massage was incredible, the hammam a truly purifying experience, the hypnosis session deep and soothing, and the head spa simply exceptional. A very professional and attentive team with a warm welcome, a complimentary coffee at the beginning followed by a delicious herbal tea after the hammam. A soothing atmosphere with a heated space and a very pleasant fireplace. Everything was perfectly clean with impeccable hygiene. Thank you for this unforgettable moment. I highly recommend it.
