The reception was mixed; some people were very cold, while others were more pleasant. Upon my arrival at 10:30 am, despite having an appointment, I was told there were people ahead of me and had to justify my booking. This resulted in a wait and a delay. I had planned several services, but due to the delay upon my arrival at 10:30 am and the subsequent wait, I was only able to have a facial waxing, a hammam session, and a blow-dry. I left at 1 pm. Regarding the Royal Hammam, which cost 300 DH for one hour, I was disappointed as it was unfortunately not hot enough. The stars I am awarding are solely for the person who took care of me, who was pleasant. On the other hand, I found the manager unprofessional; she didn't even say hello or goodbye, which is quite disappointing for an establishment where the services are relatively expensive (400 DH in total for the services provided). Overall, a disappointing experience. I hope the organization and reception can be improved.
