No connection, long wait times, very poor quality, unprofessional and bad service.

The service was awful. The staff on the phone took my online order. Once I arrived at their store, I couldn't find it. The response I got was that they weren't sure if I would come or not! Truly unprofessional staff.

A terrible experience with unprofessional service, like sitting in a dairy shop. The waiter takes orders while on a phone call, completely disregarding the customer. Please provide user training on this issue.

Good pastries and good coffee. Welcoming service and a very pleasant atmosphere. A terrace plus an upstairs area, so there's plenty of space. I recommend it.

Since it was Friday, we wanted couscous, the last one before leaving Morocco... sniff, they don't serve it on Friday nights anymore 😭 We still managed to find something we liked thanks to the superb cook and the super friendly waiter. Very reasonable prices. The Black Pearl salad (45 DH) is simply exceptional; incredibly generous. We ended up sharing it. The cake was excellent. (The bakery has some great products for between 10-15 DH.) There was a football match going on that evening, but a very pleasant atmosphere and a very spacious place. We recommend it.
