I travelled all the way from the UK to Morocco specifically to have my hair done by Hamza, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I chose Hamza because of his incredible experience and the amazing people he’s worked with, and he exceeded every expectation I had. In the UK, it’s so difficult to find a salon that’s confident enough to take your hair from brown to blonde while keeping it healthy. Hamza did exactly that, and I still can’t believe how soft and healthy my hair feels. It doesn’t feel damaged at all. And honestly, as soon as he said he was from Casablanca, I fully trusted him with my hair—because if anyone knows how to make things look effortlessly glamorous, it’s someone from Casablanca. I showed him exactly what I wanted, and he brought my vision to life perfectly. Before we even started, he sat down with me for a thorough consultation, making sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. Once my hair was finished, he took the time to explain which products I should avoid and recommended the best products for my specific hair type. That level of care and attention is something I’ve never experienced before. I also want to say a huge thank you to every woman on Hamza’s team. Every single one of them was so kind, caring, and attentive throughout my appointment. At one point, there were five people all working together to make sure my hair was perfect. I’ve genuinely never experienced that level of care in a salon before. The hospitality was incredible too. The girls were constantly checking on us, bringing us water, coffee, and anything else we needed. They made us feel so comfortable and genuinely looked after from the moment we walked in until we left. I’m beyond impressed—not just with the beautiful colour of my hair, but also with how healthy and silky the texture still feels. The professionalism, attention to detail, customer service, and overall experience were second to none. I can’t thank Hamza and his entire team enough. If you’re thinking about trusting someone with your hair, this is the place to go. I travelled from the UK for this experience, and I would do it all over again without hesitation. Truly the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

I had such an amazing experience! The balayage turned out even better than I imagined. Hamza is incredibly professional and truly knows what he’s doing you can tell he has real expertise. The entire staff is very friendly, welcoming, and kind, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent from start to finish. Living at Tangier, I struggled finding a professional who does a good highlight/balayage and I was afraid from any damage to my hair. When I decided to do highlight, all I wanted is someone who knows how to do their work without me explaining. I showed hamza the desired picture and color and he got the vision instantly. He did all the required steps and it took so much time (about 7hours) which shows the professionalism. Not only hamza but huge thanks to all the staff who work there they are all very talented and they were extremely gentle with my hair and to small details generally. Besides that they gave us food and beverages and they kept asking us if we wanted anything else. I chose a very rare and classy color that will just enhance my natural color and hamza did an extremely good job at doing it. I got a looot of compliments from my friends and family about how it is amazingly done especially how it is well blended and how the color is perfectly chosen. Another concern that i was afraid from is damaged hair. it has been two weeks and honestly my hair is still as healthy as it was before bleach, and it is glossier as well as more hydrated (it looks healthy). Hamza and his team took really good care to the small details and they took their time and shows their professionalism even tho there were so much pressure. I will definitely go back when I wanna have a new look and I do recommend it to anyone. For the price, it was about 1400MAD for highlights and 250MAD for hair treatment (I have long hair). In my opinion, it is not expensive at all for the quality and the professionalism that i got so i am really satisfied especially most of hair salons charge the same with very very low quality work.

Amazing experience at La Charte Studio in Castilla/ Tangier! I did a butterfly haircut and a hairblow and I will defentiky take an appointment for a Balayage service. Bc I saw the results of today 😲 they are really really great 👍 Highly recommend 👌
