Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. My friend and I went in wanting to have a coffee and work on the computer for a bit, as we'd done before at the same café without any problems. We ordered two coffees, but the waiter told us we weren't allowed to use the computer. When we asked if we could order food, he said yes. Even though we were already full, I only ordered a crepe out of respect for the place. Despite that, the way he treated us was provocative and unprofessional. What was even stranger was that he brought the crepe along with two forks and a knife, as if to suggest we were going to share a single dish, then he placed the utensils far away from us and left us to fumble with them. The problem isn't the rules, if they even exist, but the way he treated us, which made us feel unwelcome. If this is the level of customer service you offer, then it's a disaster. This will definitely be the last time I go to this place.

They asked me to leave my spot (the restaurant was almost empty) to let the owner friends to get my spot to watch football. (Owner is even not discreet he talked in darija thinking I'm not understanding 🤣) That's a pity cause the food was good First and last time

I've been a loyal customer of Café Canada for over a year. Since my workplace is nearby, I come almost every day. I usually spend two to three hours there working on my laptop. Each time I visit, I have a meal, a coffee, drinks, and often a dessert or other snacks. I've never sat at a table without ordering anything. On the contrary, I've always preferred this café to other establishments because I appreciated its atmosphere, its welcoming service, and the quality of its service. Unfortunately, my last experience left me deeply disappointed. I arrived around 7 p.m. to work as usual. My laptop battery was dead, so I plugged it in. A few moments later, a staff member brought the menu to my table without a greeting, without a smile, and with a particularly unpleasant attitude. Then, another person came over to tell me, in front of all the other customers, that it was forbidden to charge a laptop. I found this approach particularly embarrassing. After more than a year of almost daily patronage, no one had ever informed me of such a rule. If this policy is new, it would have been more professional to display it clearly at the entrance, on the menu, on the website, or on the café's social media. That way, I would have been informed before sitting down. It wasn't the rule itself that bothered me. Every establishment is free to set its own rules. What deeply disappointed me was the lack of respect and the way it was announced: in front of everyone, without any discretion, with a cold, unwelcoming attitude, and with absolutely no consideration for the fact that I've been a loyal customer for over a year, coming almost daily and always eating in. I felt humiliated and very uncomfortable. I simply grabbed my bag and left, without even being able to work as I had planned. I find it regrettable that a relationship of trust built over time could be jeopardized by a lack of communication and such a disrespectful attitude towards a loyal customer. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken as constructive criticism to improve customer service, communication of new rules, and the respect shown to all customers, especially those who choose to patronize your establishment daily.

Excellent Fassi and Moroccan breakfast, everything was delicious. We enjoyed flavorful and well-prepared food. Impeccable service and very reasonable prices. A wonderful way to start the day!
