The prices are comparable to salons located in Hay Riad, but unfortunately the quality of the service did not justify the cost. While some of the staff are clearly talented and professional, others seemed unmotivated and did not perform their work with the same level of care. This was my personal experience, and for the amount I paid, I left feeling stressed rather than relaxed. Since the salon has many positive Google reviews, I genuinely expected a much better experience. Another issue was the temperature inside the salon. It was quite hot, making the visit uncomfortable. For a salon charging premium prices, I believe proper ventilation or air conditioning should be a basic expectation. This review is based solely on my own experience. Genuine customer feedback is meant to help businesses improve. If honest reviews cannot be accepted, it becomes much more difficult to identify areas where the service can be made better.

I took my three daughters to get their hair cut. The style I requested wasn't followed, and the result isn't what I wanted. I asked for a bob, but they all ended up with a square cut! Furthermore, the price was very high. I'm disappointed with the service and would like an explanation regarding the price.

I am very satisfied with my experience at this salon. I had a manicure with BIAB nail extensions, a pedicure with gel polish, my eyebrows done, and a haircut, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The work was meticulous and professional, and the result is exactly what I wanted 🤍 A big thank you to Soukaina for her excellent work, and to the salon manager for her warm welcome and professionalism.
