The setting is magnificent, but the receptionist tried to scam us, which is a real shame because her behavior spoiled the beauty of the place. It's a pity to have a receptionist who steals from customers. It's very damaging to the establishment.

What an amazing place!! The moment I walked in I felt like royalty! Carried in my luggage and brought it to the room. Greeted with friendly smiling faces and tea! The place was spotless! So clean! The landscaping was perfectly manicured and the pool was sparkling! The food was also so so good! Big dinner portions that we couldn’t finish. But delicious! 100% will stay here again when in town. And I will recommend to this place to everybody!!

Probably the best hotel in Ouarzazate – but definitely still with plenty of room for improvement. The garden and pool are enchanting, the rooms spacious. However, the rooms feel very cold, lacking coziness, decoration, and charm. The bedding isn't high quality, the pillows are very thick, and the mattresses are incredibly hard (I needed a massage the following evening, my neck pain was so bad!! 🫣🤯). Our mini TV had no signal. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room when we arrived – and we had to air it out first… The owner is clearly missing; they should just sleep in the hotel themselves to see the shortcomings firsthand. A pleasant surprise came with dinner. All the courses were fresh and delicious. It was also included in the room price. Furthermore, the staff allowed us to bring our own bottle of wine, which we had bought on the way to Ouarzazate. The restaurant, however, still feels like a train station bistro. Where is the decorator/interior designer? We were quite disturbed by the strong smell of cooking throughout the entire hotel whenever the kitchen was in operation. There's definitely something wrong with the insulation. It's not normal. In conclusion: you probably won't find a better place to stay in the area. The hotel has much more potential, though; the basic structure is there. The owner needs to take action. We're keeping our fingers crossed! 👍

A hotel highly recommended for those seeking a combination of tranquility, beautiful scenery, and professional service. A warm welcome, very friendly staff, a very spacious room, a large swimming pool, and a garden bursting with flowers that brings joy and freshness to the eye. The food was excellent, with delicious dishes and a varied breakfast. Honestly, I'll be back very soon. Chaimaa

Fantastic hotel in Ouarzazate, perfect for an overnight stay. Lovely garden and pool with new rooms. The only downside is that the mattresses are excessively hard.
