A truly beautiful spa! Imane, the manager, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always accommodating, even for last-minute appointments. I loved the hammam with Khadija: a truly relaxing experience, everything was spotless and very clean. The invigorating massage was excellent and allowed me to completely release all my muscle tension. The waxing with Wissal was also perfect, very professional. My only slight complaint is the manicure, which I found a little rushed. Despite this, I'm still giving it 5 stars because the whole team is warm and welcoming, and the overall service is excellent. I'll definitely be back!

If what you mentioned is true, it would have been natural for you to return to us immediately so we could assess the situation and address any issues, as we always do with all our clients. However, claiming that your hair was "damaged immediately after leaving the salon" without any prior contact or communication is surprising and raises serious questions about this assertion. We always welcome any genuine feedback, but we reject accusations that damage the salon's reputation without even giving us a chance to investigate.

The salon is spotless, the service is top-notch, the girls are so kind, they make you feel comfortable and take great care of their clients. I had a wonderful experience and the result is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place. ❤️❤️
