She took care of me with great attention, reassured me at every step, and never hesitated to give her best. Her humanity and commitment make all the difference. A terrible experience. I paid the price for my young son's surgery (for adenoid removal). I waited five hours, and my son was fasting. In the end, the nurse told me the doctor said to come back again. When I asked for my money back, the receptionist spoke to me arrogantly and said, "Have some respect!" My brothers and sisters, I do not recommend this clinic. Their only concern is your money; your health is the last thing on their minds. These bloodsuckers! Finally, I say, "May God suffice me against them, and He is the best disposer of affairs."

The nurses were the epitome of ethics, humanity, and courtesy, especially Khadija and Shaima. The medical staff were cooperative and understanding. The hospital is fairly good but needs some equipment upgrades, ventilators in all rooms, sanitizers for visitors and patients, gloves for nurses, and other necessary supplies. Best of luck to everyone.

This clinic is a disgrace. We had a surgery appointment, but they only told us on-site that we needed lab tests. Then they said the doctor wasn't even there. Then they made us wait for five hours with my young son, who hasn't eaten or drunk anything since yesterday, only to tell us after five hours that despite our advance payment, the surgery wouldn't happen. I feel completely ripped off. No, it's not a clinic, it's an institution where people are ripped off. Please do me a favor and avoid this place.
