Great staff, very kind, delightful people. The rooms are very clean, nice looking and cool despite the hot wether. Breakfast is varied, delicious, with a gorgeous mix of regional food and modern choices.

The room was clean and comfortable, the employees were nice and polite, and the breakfast was great. The only issue was with the Wifi, it was very weak in the 3rd floor where my room was.

Top Hotel, low price. Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good bed with 2 different pillows. Full recommendation.

Nice place

The hotel was quite cheap for a room for three people. Even a 3-star hotel in Poland doesn't guarantee a high standard. However, it turned out to be a very premium hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, a very clean hotel, and a lovely restaurant downstairs. During Ramadan, although the hotel didn't serve breakfast, the staff prepared a special meal for us. The location was excellent. When assessing this, I must take into account that it's an Arab country. While in Polish conditions, I would have to admit there were some shortcomings, in Moroccan conditions, the hotel is definitely a class above other accommodations we've had in that country.

Excellent value for money. Good room, comfortable bed, friendly and pleasant staff, clean, air conditioning (essential in summer when it's 44 degrees Celsius during the day and 33 to 35 at night). €36, including tourist tax, for a 15m² room. I will definitely return. Excellent restaurant. You can park on the street right in front of the hotel.

We are traveling through Morocco. Hotel Velsatis is the best 3-star establishment we have encountered. The reception staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is very appetizing. Highly recommended for rest and relaxation.

I stayed at this hotel in Benimellal and here are my comments: The hotel's location is good, the rooms are mediocre, the Wi-Fi is very weak and impossible to connect. Only one receptionist, nicknamed Miss Soumia, is better; she is very helpful, a good colleague, and reliable. She can provide all the information and advice you need. You can count on her, and I thank her sincerely on this page for her efforts in retrieving something I had left in my room. Her replacement, a Mr. [Name omitted], should be avoided. His service was very poor and he offered no cooperation whatsoever. A. TAOUSS
