Slow service and slightly high prices

The hotel's best feature is its location, directly facing the sea. The breakfast buffet was very good. The reception staff were friendly and extended the check-out time. All services are available. There's a great cafe across from the hotel.

Great service

Well-mannered welcoming staff. Good value for money. A place where you keep your belongings and spend the whole day out. Clean rooms (the furniture needs a little upgrade, but it's fine) and generous breakfast buffet. The only drawback is limited space at hotel parking. Which reduced my location rating from 5 stars to 4. Really enjoyed my stay. Special thanks goes to Mr. Mohammad at reception and the staff at breakfast buffet.

I really advuse against the bar at this place. The staff treat customers differently. The tapas: inconsistent and sometimes non-existent. Prices are very high for where and what it actually is. I just wish the waiters were nicer!

First of all !! I would not recommend this place to foreigners neither to Moroccans ... service is awful also personnel are rude toward costumers ... I have been 3 times to this hotel. Twice stayed at the hotel and once to the club ! ( the manager refused to give his name, so I can complain to the administration ) extremly rude and unprofessional. In brief as cabin crew who travels often! This is the worst place to stay
