My stay at the hotel was rather disappointing for several reasons. First, there was a lot of noise in my room due to construction work in the next room, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. In addition, I was bothered by mosquitoes that disturbed my sleep. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that room service was not available during my stay. Finally, I felt the hotel was overpriced for the services provided. However, I believe the hotel could improve its service by taking customer feedback into account. It might be helpful to inform guests in advance if there is construction work underway and to offer solutions to minimize noise. Additionally, installing mosquito nets on the windows to prevent mosquitoes from entering the rooms could be beneficial. Finally, offering room service for guests who prefer to dine in their rooms would be a good idea. In summary, I hope the hotel can take these suggestions into account to improve the customer experience and meet their expectations.

Very welcoming, clean. But for a 4-star hotel, it's a bit far away, the beds aren't comfortable, and the bathroom finish is disappointing.

A very warm welcome from friendly staff. My stay was on June 22, 2021. So if I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate.
