Moroccan House Hotel Casablanca

Too loud outside the hotel. Too much trafic Cross the street at your own risk.

At the beginning i was very skeptical about this hotel, because it looks nice for very good money. Before I book this one I went there and check it and I was amazed. I don't regret I stayed here. I got solo room, it was spacious, hot water, wifi, soap, towels, clean and if u want breakfast. Staff is speaking English and everywhere are surveillance cameras so is not likely that u get robbed. I personally like it :-))

Although the hotel has some quaint artistic qualities that lend Moroccan charm, staying here remains a mediocre experience. A hard mattress isn't very comfortable inside a rather cramped space. The height of the bathtub prevented me from showering or bathing due to risk of injury. The TV didn't work. A repairman attempted to fix it, but gave up after an hour. But the breakfast was decent and location is reasonably close to major tourist sites I Casablanca.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this is the only positive thing I can say about my stay here. They were unaware of our two night booking when we arrived. The rooms were in need of major updating. The shower didn't work and needed to be repaired the first night. Breakfast was disappointing as everything was cold. The only warm thing to eat was the made to order omelet which was bland. The location was ok but the construction outside made it difficult to navigate. Definitely do not recommend staying here. There are better options for similar prices.

Guys the pictures are a total catfish the rooms look nothing like the pictures they advertise. The breakfast is terrible the dishes and glasses are still wet when you need to use it and stored in not so hygienic containers. The WiFi doesn't reach passed the first floor. The bathroom was bad my shoulders could almost reach both ends of the shower wall and the water didn't drain so there was a constant puddle of water in the shower. The hotel doesn't feel clean and there is a weird smell from the lobby couches. It's also situated very awkwardly so you're not really close to anything. The only good thing was the aircon and that they called my Taxi on time.

Great value for money. Rooms could benefit from a painting, but they are lovely. Only issue I had was that the cleaning staff left my door unlocked and opened, which I discovered after a morning of exploring. Nothing was taken, but an apology would have been nice from the concierge who showed no concern. Positivity, get the breakfast as it's really nice.

Don't believe the pictures!! This hotel offers none of amenities described. the spa and hammam look they haven't worked in ages, the rooms are old and beds are uncomfortable. The lobby is pathetic and ridden with cockroaches. They don't have that in the pictures. As soon as I arrived I tried to cancel the rest of my 6 night stay... the hotel is so bad even the bell boy was surprised I booked for that long. I wish I could give it a 0 star or better yet a black hole. Total fail Moroccan House. Never again!! You should have let me cancel when I told you this is false advertising. Instead you get this honest review for your poor service.

Really liked the decor. Perfect place to stay for an overnight for a stop over flight. I slept well here. Nicer restaurants are about a fifteen to twenty minute walk. Train is a ten to fifteen minute walk. Two problems that aren't major: Had to take quick showers because the water was not draining. I had to fix the toilet button twice or else it would stay depressed and therefore the toilet kept flushing. Second, the breakfast wasn't 3 Euros like it says on Hostelworld. It was actually 70 durims a person.
