Several views in one place

Almost perfect. Excellent meals and breakfasts. Spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Clean pool with a pleasant terrace. Waking up to birdsong. Impeccable maintenance and welcoming staff. Almost nothing is missing. I didn't give it the last star because perfection doesn't exist, but it's hard to find fault. 100 euros for the night, breakfast, and dinner—excellent. Not cheap, but not expensive either. Good.

The hotel enjoys an ideal location, nestled on the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, within easy reach of all necessary amenities. The welcome is exceptionally warm, with attentive and dedicated staff. During our visit for a delegation, we were received with great courtesy and offered an exclusive breakfast, served at our request as early as 4:30 a.m., a thoughtful touch that deserves special mention. The housekeeping staff meticulously maintained impeccable cleanliness in our rooms each day, contributing to our comfort and well-being. However, it is regrettable that the swimming pool closes at 6:00 p.m., a somewhat inconvenient constraint given that the sun sets at 9:00 p.m., thus depriving guests of a few extra hours of relaxation in the evening. Despite this minor drawback, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through. Its location, the quality of its service, and the attention to detail make it an excellent choice for any stay.

I live in Kenitra, but I love this hotel for going for a drink in the evening... It's one of the best places in Kenitra. It's well-attended, it's quiet and I assure you that having a drink around the pool. In the evening it's great. One downside though: the outdoor tables and chairs are not in the state of cleanliness that one would expect from such a place (droppings, dust)... It's obvious that this part of the cleaning is neglected... It's a real shame And I admit that for the price one could expect it to be Nickel 👍

The service by the pool on the terrace is slow, very slow, extremely slow... After two evenings at the restaurant, I'm changing my opinion. The waiter is very good, the menu is simple but the dishes served are good, and the fish is fresh. Much better than many in Kenitra.

A very pleasant hotel and restaurant with a swimming pool, where the rooms have been nicely renovated. The staff is numerous, friendly, and helpful, and has remained the same for years. The food is good, and there's a lovely shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Many of the guests are foreign workers employed in the numerous industrial zones of Kenitra. It's well located in the city center, the most lively area in the evenings, and close to the Sebou River. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for one day in August 2019. I liked the staff's excellent service, the spacious room, and the bathroom. It's in a good location. The breakfast was average. The pool was well-maintained, although I didn't use it. I would stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel, small rooms and bathrooms, lovely terrace and pool, pleasant atmosphere for breakfast. It's a shame the breakfast service was really lacking...
