Nice breakfast, good service

The service was very disappointing despite the magnificent view. I ordered a red fruit juice without sugar, but I was served a sweetened juice with syrup around the rim. After several complaints, the juice was changed multiple times without any improvement, until it became a banana and mango blend. I finally opted for an orange juice, but I was still charged for the first juice. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber.

The rude owner made us feel like we were trying to stay for free, as we requested a partial refund due to our awful experience. We were misled by the photos on social media and Booking.com. The view overlooks houses under construction, and we were woken up every morning by the noise. The minibar didn't have a power outlet, and we had to wait for a double outlet. The TV is tiny and has no international channels. Not to mention the horrible sewage smell that permeates the area at certain times of the day. The worst part is that every morning after showering, I had to use all the towels to mop up the water in the bathroom because the shower sealant is moldy and leaks. The bathroom is full of shoddy workmanship, with exposed electrical wiring. There's no pool, no gym, and the nearest beach is a 10-minute drive away. Breakfast is made with poor-quality ingredients. The value for money is very poor. A SCAM!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant and reception staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Fath Allah at reception, who efficiently and kindly resolved all my requests. His dedication and kindness truly made a difference to my experience. However, I did notice a lack of maintenance in the rooms, which could be improved. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and dedicated staff.

We stayed for one night. The service was impeccable, and the staff's kindness and friendliness made us feel right at home. The rooms are sorely lacking in soundproofing and some useful amenities such as soap and towels. We will definitely return.

The location seems suitable, but the neighborhood is too popular, resulting in pedestrian traffic coming and going all day long. Furthermore, the location is too cramped in relation to the adjoining houses, resulting in a lack of green space. The establishment, which overlooks a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, is infested by a boulevard that sees a dance of car and motorcycle traffic day and night. There is no dedicated guest parking or a sign indicating the establishment's presence. As of August 28, 2024, and with the housing being built around this hotel, guest rest will never be achieved at the desired level. In the future, this could improve if an effort is made regarding parking.
