Hotel Clementi

A quiet and welcoming hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. But if even the bathroom, which is the first calling card, were this clean, it couldn't be covered in cobwebs everywhere and days of dust on the carpet and floor... Breakfast could be significantly improved, with real, quality croissants, and if you want to include hard-boiled eggs, you should also include some cold cuts, not cheese... I understand the 3-star rating, but we're in Salice Terme...

Terrible food and unspeakable waiter

The breakfasts are pathetic.

Adequate if you're just passing through, the room was decent, spacious, and clean, though dated. The air conditioning, with remote control, was very good. The bathroom could use some work, with limescale left unremoved here and there, and water pressure barely sufficient for a satisfying shower. The evening restaurant, according to the receptionist, is only for those staying full board (the spa encourages extended stays). Don't be discouraged, though; there are good restaurants within walking distance that will fill you up. At breakfast, however, you'll realize it's not exactly Christmas: a few croissants, orange juice or ace, and hot drinks from the bar. Actually, the kind lady asked me if I wanted some cold cuts, which she would make for me on the spot. However, no scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, or fruit, which we often see in hotel breakfast rooms. Oh, I forgot: perhaps because there's so little choice, here it's self-service, despite the anti-Covid regulations. Amen.

To begin with, the elevator was out of order, and the rooms weren't very spacious considering the number of people. Finally, the scenery is beautiful, but the food service is rather poor.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. They made us feel comfortable right away. Excellent room, very large, and clean bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Well done.

The hostess, Paola, is very friendly and helpful. Just a stone's throw from the spa and in an excellent location. The hotel is ideal for families and groups. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is good. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.
