Very nice simple rooms, 200m away from the center. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Positives: The girl at the desk is very sweet and speaks a little English. My room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The room was basic but had the necessary things - bed, chair, small desk, night stand, closet, and small TV. Negative: The WiFi was weak and intermittent. The flexible cord in my shower was cracked in several places so that the water came out in all directions and not out of the end. No hot water. No elevator. There was noise from the cafe until after 11 p.m. with the Africa Cup football games (so maybe it's not usually open that late). It not a bad walk from the CTM station but it is in the opposite direction of everything else and there are closer hotels. For 170 dirhams it an OK place if you are looking to save a little money. But it was not as good as I expected and I wish I had spent a little more and stayed in one of the places near the roundabout.

No towels, no soap, no toilet paper—in short, there are much better hotels in Tiznit for much less money. In the city center, you can find hotels for 60 dirhams. Be careful at the hotel café downstairs; after you order, the waiter won't necessarily give you the exact change. He'll take your money without asking for a tip if you're absentminded. A 3-minute walk away, there are much better restaurants and cafés for significantly less. I asked for a glass of water after my order, but they refused, claiming they didn't have any, yet they steered you towards a bottled water.

I'm giving it two stars for the quiet nights and the low price, but not for the following: no towels, a standard toilet, dirty sheets, and no hot water in the morning. There are much better options for just a few euros more at this time of year (December).

Meh. The place is quiet, and the receptionist is helpful, but the rooms look clean but aren't. The bed is full of bedbugs. Bring your own sheets if you're going to stay here. Also, the toilet is a mess; in its best sense, they'd put a shower above the toilet. (Note: the toilet is very basic.)

There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms on the upper floors. Wi-Fi is only available outside the rooms in the hallway. There is also no air conditioning, no towels, the bed frames and mattresses are soft, and the rooms are dreary and undecorated. The hotel is located far from the city center and the medina, opposite an empty bus station that is currently under construction. The staff is unfriendly.

This hotel is a joke. The room was filthy. Dust was everywhere, under the beds and on the floor. The toilet was very basic. The prices were outrageous compared to the service provided. I do not recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at this hotel. Good service, clean, and a good price.
