I would like to share my experience at the Hôpital Universitaire Privé de Marrakech, specifically in the hospitalization department where I stayed for a week in room 113 following an accident. From the very beginning, everything felt smooth and well-organized. The admission process was quick, clear, and reassuring, which really helped me feel less stressed during such a difficult moment. During my stay, what stood out the most was the constant care and attention from the nursing staff. The nurses were incredibly kind, patient, and always present. No matter the time of day, they would check on me regularly, making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Their kindness and positive attitude truly made a difference in my recovery. I also appreciated how well everything was coordinated. You could feel that there is a real system in place — every team knows their role, and everything runs smoothly without confusion. Another detail that may seem small but meant a lot to me was the housekeeping service. The cleaning staff came in regularly, keeping the room spotless and fresh every day. This created a very calm and pleasant environment, which is so important when you are recovering. I was also impressed by the overall attention to patient well-being. It wasn’t just about medical treatment — it was about making sure I felt safe, heard, and cared for. Every interaction, whether with nurses, support staff, or other team members, was respectful and warm. Staying in room 113 for a week could have been a very stressful experience, but thanks to the professionalism and humanity of the entire team, it turned into something much more reassuring and positive. Today, I am truly grateful to everyone who took care of me. This hospital is not only about high-quality care, but also about genuine human connection.

“A broken leg and the best care in Marrakesh!” I came to HPM Hospital with a broken leg and will leave with a heart full of gratitude (and, of course, a well-treated leg!). From the moment I arrived, I have been surrounded by the kindest, funniest, and most caring nurses – truly the craziest and sweetest team in Marrakesh! Even though my French is… well, nonexistent, they have made sure I feel comfortable, understood, and even entertained. Everyone is really doing their best. A special thank you to the amazing surgeon, who is not only treating my leg perfectly but also making sure everything goes smoothly.
