good rooms and really good service!

Beautiful, clean, and tidy facility; the staff is very professional and efficient, although the same cannot be said for the "virtual reception"; a major problem is the bar, which disturbs guests at all hours of the day and night.

I'll try to give the most objective and rational review possible. Pros: Central location, fairly spacious room, you can come and go whenever you want, nice facade, excellent Wi-Fi throughout, quiet location. Cons: I booked a two-room apartment for three adults (my parents and I), specifying that I wanted the sofa bed unfolded. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was unfolded. I called customer service and they responded with, "We don't know how many people are actually arriving, so we always only make the double bed." At this point, DO NOT MAKE THE ROOM UP YOURSELF since you don't know if your guests are arriving or not (P.S. I actually had to make the sofa bed myself). If you want to check in early, you have to pay 30% of the daily rate (welcome back!), the outside area is dirty with cobwebs and dust everywhere, the provided hair dryer is gone (probably stolen by other guests, even if they wanted it, this shows the carelessness of the room cleaner), not even a coffee maker, not even a welcome bottle of water; bathroom: shower with a broken hand shower rod, therefore not adjustable, a leaky shower hose that squirted water, one light worked (where the shower was) and another didn't (in the bathroom), and the icing on the cake, one roll of toilet paper for three people for two days LOL! Change the name to ZELIG hotel instead. The price is absolutely out of line for what they offer, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The only positive thing is the building's facade. Everything else is decidedly poor! I found the room dirty and smelly! The bathroom door doesn't close because the humidity has swollen the wood, and the handle is broken. Better to travel a few more kilometers and look for accommodation in Alessandria.

I had the opportunity to stay in this unit on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. I found parking 200 meters away, where it was indicated by the property. I was greeted courteously for access to the unit (in the center of Valenza). Everything was neat, clean, and very beautiful. I had the opportunity to go to the supermarket (about 500 meters away) and browse all the beautiful shops in the center. Overall rating: excellent You feel like a Renaissance aristocrat...

Terrible facility. We booked this place for just one night, without being able to change the temperature. It was literally killing us! We woke up with heat-related migraines. We've stayed in several B&Bs where at least the condiments were available, a coffee pod, knowing that everything in this city is always closed, it would have been a nice touch.

Very convenient for those traveling for work in the Italian industrial triangle of Milan, Turin, and Genoa. The hotel's façade is truly beautiful and elegant. It's located right in the city center and easy to reach. The best restaurants in the area are very close by, and supermarkets are also within easy reach for those who want to prepare their own meals.

Excellent stay, nice room, friendly and helpful staff, and central location. Good value for money.
