The doctor gives enough time to the patient. They are friendly and super nice and kind. Also speak English in case anyone is wondering. The receptionists are also friendly. I had a great experience here.

I visited the practice for the first time today and I'm really pleased. You can tell that someone has put a lot of thought into it. The rooms are well-maintained, and it doesn't feel like just any old doctor's office. What struck me most was how relaxed yet professional the team is. From the moment I arrived, I never felt like just a number. Dr. Müller takes his time, explains things clearly, and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. The practice is also well-equipped technically. Digital patient records, direct access for doctor-patient communication, etc., make many things much simpler than in other practices I've been to. Excellent doctors and staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Messemer for years. I know all the doctors and medical assistants. The team is highly competent, empathetic, and incredibly helpful. I always recommend this practice to my friends and acquaintances. They provide prompt care, and the entire team makes patients feel safe and secure. For me, it's the best practice in Frankfurt.

I've only had positive experiences here so far. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a while on hold. But that's the case with many other doctors and companies. Nevertheless, I've always been able to get an appointment promptly when necessary and possible, and I've received excellent treatment.
