⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Best traditional hammam in Marrakech: authentic, relaxing, and worth it. Great atmosphere from the moment I walked in. My massage with Somyah was amazing. I recommend the traditional hammam with the 30 to 40 minute massage added. Some hammams in Marrakech are overpriced, but this one is worth the price. You'll also see locals using it, so it's perfect if you want a real local hammam experience. It ends with mint tea. Highly recommended for the best hammam and massage in Marrakech.

When in Morocco you must try Hammam and I am thrilled that I did. I decided to leave the touristy centre behind and head a couple of kms out to Hammam Nilo. I chose the complete experience and book a Nilo Package. In the womens section the attendant for my hammam experience was the wonderful Hakima. I am so glad that she was on hand to show me how to navigate it all. She was attentive, patient and very funny. It was a bonus that she is the most intuitive massage therapist I have met in a long time. I feel like a new person! High recommend Hammam Nilo.

The place is very authentic and old. Instead of expecting luxurious fake drama, you will rather get here a lovely mature therapist who will make sure you are really taken care of. I felt loved by the older lady Rashida who gave me hammam with Nila and ghassoul mask. Her care can not be described. Maybe I would rate the place for one star less if there was no magical service by this spectacular person.

Recommended and would do it again! I did the Hammam Beldi and a massage and it was excellent. Very thorough and physical, the process follows three stages: soaking, scrubbing, massage. Visitors were assigned an attendant who walked you through the steps, making sure that you're getting the hammam experience instead of a simple soak. The scrub was intense (in a good way) and left me feeling completely reset, the massage afterward was a perfect addition and felt more like an athletic massage. The attendant also did a few stretches, which felt very physical but they can adjust the intensity, just be ready to tap out if it hurts or there are issues with some joints. Overall, it was well-run and efficient without feeling rushed. Recommend it if you want a great hammam experience. I heard great things from multiple visitors that were leaving as I was arriving, and seeing locals inside made it feel authentic. Note: some attendants may speak very little English or French, which was not an issue at all.

It is a unique and unbeatable experience for curious travellers who enjoy traditional experiences steeped in culture. It is clearly not a spa, which makes it a unique and perfect experience for travellers who like to try something different from the usual tourist attractions. The staff are very warm and friendly. I would definitely go back without hesitation.
