First experience at this hammam tonight with my mother and grandmother. We were a little disappointed for several reasons: The hammam looks huge and luxurious from the outside, but once inside you find small rooms, like a spa area in a hair salon, not a real hammam for those who like spacious hammams. The worst part is that for 80 dirhams including a scrub, there's no steam room to warm up before the scrub. As for the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming, mashallah, but the scrub technique was average and could be improved.

I had a great time. Honestly, I recommend this place to Asfi. The welcome was very warm; in fact, I stayed there for four days. The owner is very kind and very professional.

Great private Hamam. They have a package where you have your own luxury room. A experience worthy of Kings.

"I cannot recommend the Royal Hammam treatment here enough! From the second I walked in with my brother, the ambiance was calming and authentic. Ms. Somaya ( the owner) & her staff made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step. The steam room was incredibly relaxing, and the scrub—WOW!—they really took their time to exfoliate, leaving my skin feeling silky smooth and rejuvenated. The Hamam afterwards was the perfect amount of pressure, and I finished with delicious mint tea in their serene lounge. The best self-care day I've had in years, I will definitely be back!"

A wonderful and high-quality bathroom, both in terms of cleanliness and the services provided and its organization. It's one of the best bathrooms I've visited, and I highly recommend it.

Honestly, I don't recommend this hammam. I went to the hammam at 9:00 and waited for 45 minutes. Not a single person was there to scrub. When I called the receptionist and told her I'd been waiting for ages, she said they hadn't arrived yet and spoke very rudely. She said, "Of course they won't be early because there's no work; people finish at 12 and come back in the morning." Knowing that as soon as I entered the hammam, she told me they'd arrive at 9:30. I paid and came at a good time, and it's not my problem if your service is disorganized. The biggest shock came when she told me, "They still haven't arrived, so I'll come and scrub you." I regretted going because the scrub lasted 10 minutes, and I swear to God, she didn't scrub properly. She just went over every spot and then moved on to another. She didn't even bother to scrub properly, just to say she did it, because she left the place empty. Her money is empty. Sweet your livelihood a little. 🙏
