Flavors of Fez with Locals in the Old Medina

Absolutely fantastic private class for my wife and six-year-old. Chef Souka was amazing! She was very patient as I was recording video of the five different dishes we were making as I organized them on my phone. The food was lovely! If you were looking for a boost of flavor, you can add more spices to the dish. We feel so lucky to be able to go home and cook this cuisine. Today we bought a couscous pot to take home from Tangier. The price is very good for a private cooking class. It’s also a bonus that there’s air-conditioning in the kitchen so you don’t get exhausted.

One of the best cooking class you will have with real locals. Hafsa (and Souka) did an amazing job explaining us to get hands on the kitchen and make the real Moroccan flavors live. Their patience and expertise on handling multiple cooks/dishes at the same time is impressive. You don't have to think about the recipes as they send you all the ingredients and steps to review later with a lovely e-notebook. If you are in Fes you should definitely give it a try, besides of their expertise in the kitchen, their human quality and warmth overstands. Thanks for making my journey in Morocco a wonderful experience, definitely will return!

It was a great experience. We discussed lots of things about the world cuisine and they enlightened us about Moroccan cuisine. We definitely recommend to book a cooking class with Imane and Souka.
