Espressolab

Couple new staff are just incredibly rude, i'm not sure if the issue is in the training or the initial recruitment, but this particular espressolab used to have high standard in customer service. Now aside from the manager, the curly haired female staff and the young gentleman that works on the floor, the rest lacks professionalism and manners. I have been a regular client since last october and this is the least professional group of staff i have been served by. I genuinely hope the management takes this matter seriously.

i be been a regular customer for YEEAARS now and was very satisfied with the service as well as the coffee ,it’s a bit expensive (more even when going 4-5times a weeks) but i thought i was paying for gd quality coffee and service . now boycotting it for asking me to reorder or leave after spending 2hours working on my laptop ,while i liked it because i had time to taste my coffee and study at ease . its a shame , you guys could of done better and this decision needs to be reconsidered.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!!! As an American it was super refreshing to see a familiar type vibe that can make me focused and social at the same time! The Spanish latte is 🤌 I can’t get enough of it! The workers are mad nice and they never give any trouble whatsoever! I would compare this place to Klay Thompson in the NBA, always hits and the stats speak for themselves!!! Pull up if you’re not lame

I really like the vibe of this place, which is why I keep coming back. However, the coffee quality doesn’t match the prices, which is disappointing. Also, for the past ten days, the WiFi has never worked whenever I visit. I usually rely on my hotspot, but today I forgot my phone and needed internet access. I asked the staff, and they said they would restart the router, but it still didn’t work. If you’re planning to come here to work or need WiFi, I wouldn’t recommend it. You’re better off making coffee at home and using your own internet instead of spending money and not getting the basic services you expect.

Incredible service and atmosphere. I very much enjoyed the iced coffee with lactose free milk. The traditional sandwich was also delightful. Perfect quiet place for work or study or sit outside to chat chat and catch up with friends and family. They also offer to go coffees and teas if you're on the run!
