Remarkable Stay, Exceptional Riad: Very pleasant stay at the Riad. We truly felt home the moment we arrived. Staff are the most professional we ever encountered in our trip to Morroco. Smiling, kind and responsive all the time. We can’t tell how welcoming they were. The Riad is nicely designed, well taken care of different spaces. Despite rooms being small, everything is placed in good functional way. The materials used in the rooms are all of high quality, from mattress to towels to even shower gel. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The only comment is the lack of fresh air in the rooms and other areas.

A little bit of paradise in Marrakesh. The staff here were amazing and kind and made us feel at home immediately. Breakfast was top class. Facilities (pool, jacuzzi and gym) were 5 star. Gym was brand new and had the best machines. The massage and the hammam were also brilliant. Can't wait to go back. Bed was really comfortable and hotel robes were so comfy. We cannot wait to go back.

Excellent rooms decorated in keeping with Marrakesh’s key architectural features... cedar carved ceiling, Mosaic work, Luxurious marble bathroom... rooftop hot tub and open terrace area was a piece of heaven... great hospitality with fantastic breakfast served by attentive waiters and freshly made. Complimentary bottle of wine... great service, nothing to difficult... from the owner to the receptionist- impeccable. Returning again next Feb for my place in the sun.

Elegancia Riad was indeed an oasis in heat of Marrakech dessert. Wonderful staff, from reception, the waiters, the staff who helped our luggage to the taxi, to the ginger cat who’s patiently guarding the hotel entrance. Younis went above and beyond with his service as well as the reception lady —she’s super sweet! All the staff speak excellent English and super friendly. Everyone was so wonderful! Room was in a pleasant temperature with a luxurious scent of cedar. The courtyard and the rooftop dining room was magnificent. Breakfast was always glorious. There’s hammam facility, sauna (in case Marrakech isn’t hot enough for you), and gym facility in the building! Highly recommended and definitely will come back.

A lovely Riad. Very tranquil and calm amidst all the hustle and bustle that can be found in Marrakech. Very comfortable beds with all the facilities that you’d expect. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is a small feast and they do a superb dinner too.

Visited Marrakesh for the first time and stayed at the Riad. Everything was beyond perfect, the staff specially Hajah, Achhaf and Majda at the reception were super helpful and did everything from booking taxis to recommending restaurants. At night Rahim walked us to the main road or back to the riad which made us feel very safe. Would definitely recommend anyone travelling for the first time!

Such a magical place to stay in. We were a group of 9 people and had the whole Riad for ourselves. From the impeccable rooms to the lovely staff, everything was perfect. Quite uncommon in this area of Marrakech to have this much space, a pool and a jacuzzi. The decoration is very authentic and meticulously chosen. The receptionists Rihab and Walid, the waiters Souleyman and Khalil, the maid Karima, everyone was SO nice and professional. We 100% recommend Riad Elegancia
