I was really disappointed after our visit to Dr. M'JAHED. She speaks way too fast, cramming too much information into a minute, and 80% of it will be forgotten before you even leave her office. The doctor doesn't take the time to explain things clearly, and of course, doesn't give you a chance to ask questions or get explanations. You get the feeling she's just waiting for you to leave her office so she can see the next patient. The consultation itself takes less than 5 minutes, and if you're lucky, the check-up lasts 1 to 2 minutes, as if she's doing it for free! The worst part is, she doesn't even look you in the eye and says, "ALLAH YJIB CHIFA" = You're leaving my office, your time is up. The receptionist is terrible, and one of them treats patients like animals, not to mention the appointment management and the discriminatory treatment of patients. I strongly urge Dr. M'JAHED to review the Hippocratic Oath, especially regarding discrimination and the treatment of patients. PS: I am not commenting on the doctor's competence but on the way he treats people.

I just wrote these words right after a checkup, still deeply moved by her attentiveness and compassion. She shapes me with each visit—she's an exceptional doctor. If there were 100 stars, I would give them all without hesitation. I've been seeing Dr. Nadia Mjahed for almost two years, for myself (allergies and sinusitis) and for my four-and-a-half-year-old child. I want to express my admiration and profound gratitude to her once again. Her compassion is rare. This past Saturday, even though she was scheduled to finish at noon, she waited for me especially to see me after a very difficult morning. She welcomed me with genuine care, as if I were a precious person to her. I've read some comments about the difficulty in getting an appointment, but I've been seeing her for two years and I've never had that problem. The organization is smooth, the office is often full—which is normal for such a competent doctor—but I've never experienced an excessive wait, nor have I heard anyone complain about it. On the contrary, all the patients I meet have very positive things to say about her. You can tell that people come for the quality of her care and that they are grateful to her—as I am. These criticisms therefore seem truly astonishing to me. Dr. Mjahed stands out for her attentive listening, her clear explanations (she doesn't rack your brains over probabilities, something I hate about other doctors; she doesn't talk about unnecessary surgery; she knows the effects of each medication; she knows what she's talking about). She reassures by providing reliable information and prescriptions that are always appropriate without exaggeration. She remembers her patients' condition and follows their progress diligently (and that's very important). Regarding my child, she was able to make an accurate diagnosis at the very first consultation, without over-medicating. Thanks to her, his condition improved significantly, and he returned to a normal childhood. If I could display a letter of gratitude in her office, I would do so without hesitation. As a patient and a mother, she truly helped and supported me with rare kindness. I sincerely wish there were more doctors like Dr. Nadia Mjahed. 🌸 Saif's mom. I went to see a doctor here, but I didn’t even get the chance to meet the doctor because of how poorly the front desk staff treated me. First, I had to wait a long time just to speak with someone. When the receptionist finally came out, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for an appointment, but she offered no help at all. It felt like they didn’t care about the patients. The way the front desk behaves says a lot about the place, if the staff are this disrespectful, it reflects badly on the doctor too. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a medical office. No respect, no proper service, and absolutely no concern for people seeking help. Tfoooo
