I was in pain, and 22 days passed before you called me. Honestly, do urgent cases really need this much time to be treated? I went to another doctor the same day you told me you'd call me within 24 hours. He examined me, and I had an urgent operation. He did an X-ray and a panoramic scan. He has the latest equipment.
