I'm a patient of Dr. Bennouna, and beyond the quality of care, it's the entire experience at the practice that I appreciate. From the moment you arrive, the two receptionists are remarkably kind, always smiling, and above all, very pleasant in the way they welcome and inform patients. The same attentiveness is evident throughout the entire team. As for Dr. Bennouna, he's a doctor who truly takes his time. He listens, explains things clearly, answers questions, and never gives the impression of being rushed. His approach is both highly professional and deeply humane, which immediately inspires confidence. Finally, the practice is immaculate, very clean, and perfectly maintained. im not sure if i was treated well. i went for just one cleaning , maybe 2 weeks ago and ever since then my teeth are more sensitive than ever. maybe what she used destroyed my enamel. i also asked her to floss my teeth and she said they dont even have any floss in the office, which seems impossible to me but who knows. i know the dentist was supposed to go home soon but maybe she rushed and didnt give me good service for the 500 that i paid.
