An unprofessional general practitioner whom I do not recommend. We consulted her for my mother, and we regretted it. She left my mother perched on the bed for her X-ray (in a rather precarious position for an elderly woman) and interrupted the X-ray just to answer her cell phone. And it wasn't even urgent! (A stranger wanted to make an appointment, as if there wasn't an assistant for that...). She prescribed a urine test, without explaining the procedure (keeping the urine for 24 hours before submitting it to the lab). I only learned this at the last minute at the lab, and it cost us 24 hours compared to the other tests. Dr. Rkia only cared about "persuading" her patients to come back to follow her "detox diet" to lose weight and pay her 600 dirhams. She couldn't care less about anything else. Aside from that, the state of his office (in Lbatoir) is truly appalling. The building is dilapidated, lacking light, cleanliness, air, and especially proper medical equipment (the photo below is proof). Even the benches where patients wait have no back support. The toilets (just one, locked, with a broken sink faucet, and no toilet paper or anything else!) are a mess. Good luck if you ever want to set foot in there again!
