The staff at the practice are very pleasant and attentive, which deserves to be highlighted. However, the locum doctor I consulted was a disastrous experience. He didn't take the time to listen to my symptoms, dismissed my medical history out of hand, and ended the consultation by telling me to "drink a hot chocolate and stop making excuses." This was despite the fact that I had been experiencing progressive neurological symptoms documented for two years. A complete lack of professionalism and empathy that has no place in the medical field. I strongly advise against consulting this locum.
