I requested an appointment to see the doctor. The receptionist told me to come at 1:30 PM. I arrived at that precise time, believing I would be seen by the specialist... I waited until 4:00 PM and nothing happened! I asked the receptionist: why the long wait, and why did she schedule my appointment for 1:00 PM? She completely denied it! And why not organize the patients by number? She said she knew what she was doing. I left, disappointed that the day was wasted!

The worst doctor my father ever saw diagnosed him with a heart problem, which shocked him greatly and left him in a state of anxiety for a long time.
